TutorPanel Updates for January 2013

We’ve made the following improvements and bug fixes to TutorPanel in January:

  • Fixed a bug in the financial snapshot that was displaying the incorrect previous month totals due to the change in year.
  • Added general events to the calendar.
  • Fixed a bug on the auto invoice form when editing an auto invoice schedule that was causing the “PDF” setting to not appear correctly if it had been enabled.
  • Changed the reconcile page time format from 24-hour to standard format to be consistent with the rest of the program.
  • Fixed a bug in the file area in secondary parent accounts was displaying some unassigned files.
  • Fixed a bug where the Calendar Teacher View report was displaying only the first session when an exact duplicate was scheduled for the same time.
  • Clicking on a time slot to schedule a tutoring session was setting the wrong date under the “teacher view”. This has been fixed.
  • Changed parent list in the email section to alphabetical order to be consistent with the rest of the program.
  • Fixed a bug where a calendar event pop-up would remain visible if the prev, next or today buttons where clicked while the pop-up was visible.
  • Changed the validation fields on the payment form to allow negative payments (for refunds)
  • The teacher hours detailed view “Export to Excel” file was displaying some duplicate records in some situations. This has been fixed.
  • When selecting the “group” option for scheduling session, if no active students exist in an account a message is displayed to indicate this.
  • Teachers that can add general events also have the permission now to delete thos events.
