You will be billed at the beginning of each month for the base fee of $20. We will then calculate the average number of active students in your account during the month and multiply it by $0.50 for the student portion. An actives student is one whose "Status" field in his or her profile is set to "Active". The student portion will be added to the following month's fee.
It doesn't matter how many tutoring sessions the student attends during the month -- you are charged only $0.50 per active student.
Yes, you will need an internet connection to access TutorPanel. By being web-based, TutorPanel can be accessed by you, your students and their parents anywhere with internet access. Plus your information is secured, protected and backed up daily, so you don' t need to worry about losing your information to computer crashes.
Your TutorPanel membership is month-to-month which means you can come and go as you please. If your business is not active for a period of time, but you want to save all of your information you can change the status of your students to inactive and only pay the base monthly fee.
It can be dangerous to store some information online such as credit card names and numbers and for this reason we do not store any of this information on our servers. All of your clients' billing details are processed and stored securely with PayPal.
If you're worried about people seeing information about your students or your business, we protect this information using industry standard technology and 256-bit SSL encryption.
This being said, your information is only as secure as your password is strong. For this reason it's recommended that you use a strong password using upper and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
The most common reason you might not be able to log in is due to a misspelled username or password. Remember that usernames and passwords are case sensitive, so you'll need to make sure you use the correct uppercase or lowercase letters. Another possibility is that your browser is not allowing you to login. Check your browser security settings and make sure that you are allowing cookies. You can try logging in with a different browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, if these browsers work then you know the problem is related to your browser settings.

We recommend that you keep your browser up-to-date to ensure security improve functionality. It is also important that you enable javascript for all of the functions of TutorPanel to function correctly.
You will need to enabled javascript in your web browser. Javascript allows us to verify all of the required fields have been filled before you submit the form, so that you can easily fill in missing fields. Javascript can be turned on in your web browser's settings.
You can pay for TutorPanel with Mastercard or Visa. Your transaction is processed securely on an external server from our credit card processor.
Yes. You and your students can log in from either the TutorPanel website, or you can embed a remote login form into your own site. To embed the form into your own website, insert the following code into your site's html where you would like the form to appear.

Of course you can. TutorPanel is here to help tutor's all around the globe. You can even set your time zone and currency in your Account Settings and your selection will be applied to the whole site.

To cancel your account, log in to your account and click on "My Account" in the side menu. Next click "Membership". On this page you will find the "Cancel Account" section.

Most functions can be controlled from your administrator account such as scheduling, billing, and reconciling.
