TutorPanel allows you to send notification emails for certain events to TutorPanel users in your company including employees and clients.
Examples include sending welcome emails with login credentials for new users, sending lesson notes to students or parents, sending invoices, and sending lesson reminders.
These options can be enabled in your TutorPanel account on user's profiles or when creating invoices.
Some email service providers with overzealous spam filter's may sort emails from TutorPanel into the user's junk folder. It's a good idea to mention to your clients that their notifications may be sent to their junk folder.
Generally if they mark the email as not spam and add TutorPanel to their contact list they should receive future emails without a problem.
